Use a stable surface that will not slide. Place hands slightly wider than shoulder width and walk the feet back until the body forms one line. Bend the elbows roughly 30–45 degrees from the torso, lower the chest toward the edge and press away without letting the hips sag. Perform 3 sets of 6–15 clean reps. A higher surface is easier; lowering the hands gradually increases difficulty. Keep the neck neutral and stop the set when the straight body line can no longer be maintained.
