Vizural respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload or link to can be lawfully shared.
Submit a copyright notice
If you believe content available on Vizural infringes your copyright, email your notice to support@vizural.com. Please include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works
- The exact Vizural URL for each idea you want reviewed
- Enough information for us to identify and locate the reported material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after a report
We review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content while the matter is investigated. We may notify the user who posted the content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@vizural.com. Include your contact information, the removed content and its previous URL, an explanation of why the removal was a mistake, the statements required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.
Misleading notices
Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may create legal liability. Only report content when you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
